WTG Annie on the loss.
That's okay Jennifer. Just keep hanging in there. It will pass and then you'll be well on your way.
Welcome Sissie. I think most list how much they lost for the week and their current weight. HTH

Well, I'm holding steady at 258, and hope that as my stomach settles down this week I'll lose SOMETHING!
Annie - slow and steady wins the race! Keep at 'er!
Jennifer - sometimes it takes a while to tweak your diet plan, and trust me, it took me a long time, and I'm still trying to find the right balance for my body. Listen to your body, it will never steer you in the wrong direction .. as long as your mind doesn't overpower it.. I have faith you will find out what works for you.

Annie-Rose, That predictable pound a week is really going to look huge as time goes by!
Sissie, You can tell us whatever you are comfortable with. Welcome to the weigh-in thread!
Jennifer, *hugs*, Don't give up! I know easier said than done. You can do this though. Keep your spirits high...
Aimee, it will come. I know how hard it is to be patient.

looks like this week I stayed the same... I should start gaining 1 lb per week... yikes! I have 13 more weeks to go. I still think it would be awesome to have a gain of only 20 lbs. My goal is a max gain of 25.. we'll see.
Welcome Sissie - put down what ever keeps you motivated
Hang in there the rest of you!
Dana

Good for Annie. Your doing great. 1 lb a week equals 52 lbs a year and 52 lbs a year equals a happier and healthier Annie.

Annie-Rose, I agree with Howie -- and you know those single pounds add up!
I'm in the Single-Pounder Club this week as well, despite 12 consecutive days of exercise! I suspect there's a bit of H20 weight going on, because I have had a little Chinese food the last two nights -- don't worry, steamed chicken, with little rice, an ungloppy sauce, and lots of veggies. But sodium?? I'm thinkin'! (My cal's for each day were right on target, though, because I went lighter during the day since I knew I was having Chinese.)
I'd rather I were at 208 or 207, but I'm not too stressed. It will come. I know I'm doing the right stuff, so I'll just have to be patient. I don't really have any choice, do I?
So that puts me, as of this morning, at 75 pounds down total.

Doesn't "75" have a nice even ring to it, Sarah? It certainly represents another milestone (if you were at Weight Watchers you'd get a refrigerator magnet with a rainbow on it) Good job!
