yeah, the scale has been sitting right around 135 for a while now, so I figured my siggy ought to reflect it. I think this is the point where my body has settled and said okay, I'm through! So I'm listening. Thanks for noticing, you guys are sweet!

You have done so well Beverly. How long have you been at goal now? Do you find maintaining harder or easier than losing?

When it comes to the 3FC 100lb. club, I respect and admire many, consider a few my heros and have a couple of idols - Bev belongs in every category!

Awww, Jilly! You know I love ya babe!!

Howie, I actually just celebrated 1 full year of maintenance on Nov. 3rd. And to tell you the truth, maintenance is pretty much just like the losing part, except without all the scale excitement! This is just how I live life now, and I feel like I've gotten pretty accustomed to it. Of course, that's not to say that there aren't still plenty of challenges along the way. Like I said, it is a lot like the losing part, so it's still all about the choices I make, every day.

Beverly, your weight loss and maintanence is a real motivation for me. Thank you for being around so other people realize that weight loss is not impossible and that it can be done.
