Hello all today is the end of week 1 and I am happy to report I am down 9 lbs can you believe that I sure can't. I hope I can continue the loss without much cheating I am still having a hard time eating 3 meals and snacks I am definitely not a breakfast person but I get hungry in the evening around 8-9pm any suggestions? CONGRATS to all the pounds loss for all!
Does anyone have any good crockpot recipes or should I just use the norm and skip the bad carbs in them?

As for recipes, I made the turkey caccatoire (sp) in the main dish recipe section and used chicken breasts. It was delicious!!!! Had it for lunch again yesterday and it was still delicious.
So far all of the recipes I have tried have been really good.
