Efitness sometimes has some interesting articles, even if it is interspersed with advertisements. I was reading this today and figured it would be something good to share.
It was interesting Nelie. I didn't know that about fructose. Ive got PCOS and try to restrict sugar, refined carbs etc as it makes such a difference.
