I cannot tell you how many Fat Grams or the sodium content, but since I stumbled upon this recipe, I am a much saner person.
Saute (1 tbl) crushed garlic in a tbl. of your favorite vegtable oil
Take 2 (15.5 oz.) cans Goya Cannellini Beans, drained
and one small package of frozen spinach, heat on medium heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste
Oh it really, sustains those carb cravings, that I normally would curb with rice or potatoes. I think that this
must be healthier!
