Default New Year, New Goals, New Me Week 43

Howdy all.

I'm back on track, having lost 2.5 of the gain I had. Slowly chipping away at it.

Things are not so tight anymore, and I plan on getting rid of all the gain by my birthday. That is about two weeks away, so I can do that.

Not much else is going on. Just keeping up the good fight!

Take Care!

Just dropped in to say "Hi" while on my way to work. Still in a funk, feel drained. Not doing anything about my weight.

I hope you all have a good weekend.

Good morning, everyone.

Weekend wasn't that bad. I kept pretty busy with grocery shopping, bill paying (depressing), and just generally busy that I didn't have time to sit and eat.

Played the new Trivial Pursuit 90's Edition. It was fun! Amazing how much useless information I have stored in this head.

Back on the treadmill this morning and it kicked my butt. No more going three days without working out.

Hope the funks lift a little. Mine is and I know everyone else's will also.

Hi All!

Wow, lots of activity in this forum. Good to see everyone is checking in. Had a huge dentist appointment yesterday, so I am still in some pain today. Didn't sleep well and woke up with a sore mouth, so I did not exercise.

Food--I ate WW ice cream because that was the only thing that sat well on my mouth.

Not much else going on. Hope everyone is well.

Hello all!

Well, tonight starts my baking for the Bake Sale. I am praying for strength not to eat everything I cook! Going to tackle the breads tonight, as they stay fresh a little longer.

Sometimes I just feel like giving up the diet thing, but then I remember that I can't because I gave away all my fat clothes! Just gotta get back into the mindset of it all.

Well, have a great Wednesday!

Hi to anyone.

Guess it's just me back on the board. That's okay.

Did a bunch of baking last night and didn't end up eating any of it. Tonight are the cookies, a much bigger challenge. Hope to success with that.

Hope everyone is doing okay. Must be busy with things.

Hi Everyone

Chachee

Well at least it is easy to catch up with what is going on.

Well how is your mouth feeling? That is a great time to do all sorts of baking when you don't feel to much like eating.
What is the bake sale for?

So do you alternate days on your gazelle and on your treadmill, or do you use them both each day?

If I send you my address will you send me some banana bread pleeeaaassssseeee?

Well everything seems to be going good for us on our purchase of a new house. Hopefully it will all be over in 2 weeks and we can move into our new house.

Hi to everyone else

Kathy

Hi Kathy,

See, I told you to send me your address as I still have your green scarf sitting at home. Banana bread? Sure thing! It's easy enough to bake and maybe by the time you are settled into your new home I'll be ready to bake again.

I have been alternating my workouts. M/W/F I am on the treadmill. Tuesday is Taebo and Thursday is Pilates. Kinda moved the Gazelle out for awhile while I am trying out all these new things. I'm sure it will work it's way back into the schedule in the winter time.

I'm going to set up the new thread now. Hopefully people will come back soon.

Good to see you!!
