20 lbs in 3 mos...Who's with me?!
Long Story short...I am going to visit a long time friend in February before he is shipped to Iraq. We've been best friends since High School. I would like the moral and buddy support. Someone that I can tell on myself to...
I'm 25 yrs old, 4'11.5" and 180.6 lbs, no kids, newly single. I am pretty good about eating the right things, taking my vitamins. I'm doing this the old fashioned way, no diet fads, or pills.
Talk to you soon!

Hello! I'm Amy, a 26 yo SAHM. I am desperately trying to lose weight. 20 lbs in three months definately sounds doable. I have a long term goal to be at 140 on or around March. This is definately going to take some hard work on my part. I don't intend on following a specific diet, but I am currently a member of TOPS. I wish everyone the best of luck! The only thing is though, if we've only lost 12 or 15 lbs in three months I wouldn't consider that a failure, sometimes time lines can involve alot of stress but I think we can all do it!

I'm way up for it!! I also am not going to use any diet pills, or patches, I don't like them and don't think they're very healthy. 20 lbs in three months is actually very doable, but you have to work hard and stick to it, try your hardest not to cheat, and don't give up. Without sounding too corny, but it's all very true. It comes to about 2lbs. a week, which with healthy eating and excersize can be done. I'll start today. The wish you all willpower and perseverence because luck isn't a factor, it's all YOU and what you make of it.

I'm with you. That would be going faster than I have been, but I sure will try. 20 pounds more of a weight loss would be great for the first of the year. So I'm on board. I'm also doing my own thing. Loosely counting calories (approximate totals, always rounding up) and exercising daily.

Hello! How is everyone doing today? I am doing okay. I didn't do too well yesterday but today is a new day and I am back on track. I am really focusing on portion control and fat intake. I know that is my biggest pitfall. I just got a new incentive to lose weight. We are planning on a family vacation at the start of the year to Florida. I really want to be atleast 15 if not 20 lbs smaller by then. That would make a world of difference in how I feel about myself, I'm usually very self conscious. I don't want to feel that way anymore. I want to be able to look in the mirror and actually like what I see!

Hi everyone. I'm 28 and my start weight was 209. I'm down to 196 so far in six weeks. Not bad. I'm doing Core on WW, it's been working well but the key is working out. I also just ordered Slim in Six for home workouts in the winter months when I don't want to get up at 5:30am shovel (since my husband is deployed in Washington) and then go to the gym in the bitter cold!
I want to loose 20 more before he comes home in January, it'll be a nice surprise. My ultimate goal is 145 and then if possible 130. I'll take it week to week and go from there!
Good luck to all of you in your endeavors and I wish you all success!

I'm with you! My goal is 20-25lbs, hopefully by Xmas, but that's highly doubtful...3 months sounds doable
