I know it means I am not eating enough and will take action. Does it mean ketosis? I have not had many veggies today and I suspect I am low on good carbs for the day.
Bfast: 2 hardboiled egg white (hate the yolks!) and a cheese stick
Snack: 3 slices Arostica turkey rolled with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: A hefty serving of leftover Taco Bake
What do you all think? I have lost 7 pounds in 2 days...
Yeah, I know. Normally I do better. I just finished my afternoon snack and it was red pepper strips (3/4 of a pepper) with celery and 2 tbsp of hummus. And dinner tonight is a big salad with tuna.
I am pretty sure I slipped into ketosis and need to eat more.
I had ketosis the first time I did Ph1, and so did both of my parents. It wasn't a taste in my mouth, more like a smell up my nose that wouldn't go away. Eat more veggies!
Had a big salad full of romaine and spinach, broccoli, red pepper, cheese and tuna for dinner. Packed my bag for tomorrow with more veggies for the day. I guess I knew what was wrong, right?
