Well, obviously we all reckon this is the best forum to hang out on, but then we are not exactly objective about that!!!!

As to the Pilates - I highly highly highly highly recommend it. I used to go 2 or 3 times a week, and it really helped to strengthen my core muscles (back, stomach etc), and made me feel great. Its also very easy to do whatever your size, and you can begin very slowly, and work up.
