I make beef stew in the crockpot. Cut up lean beef, onions, potatoes, carrotts, etc and top with a can of tomato soup. Let it cook all day.
I also made Swiss steak today. Small Sirloin steaks, onion, and a can of seasoned tomatoes. Yum, can't wait.
