Hi Cincy, as you can tell from my stats I have lost about 70 pounds since starting with Weight Watchers Winning Points ( an older program ), I lost some last year but didnt really kick it into gear until Jan 6th of this year, since that point I have lost 45.5 pounds, it feels so good to not be in the "200's" anymore, terrific actually...now I am just charged to get into the 170's...I didnt start noticing any big difference until I had lost about 25-30 pounds of it, mostly in my face and stomach....

What kind of program are you doing?
