Okay, I'm gonna try again to lose 3 lbs. I'll have to weigh myself in the morning to see where I'm at. It might have to be more than 3. I want to get back to 127 or 130.

My starting weight is 131. I would like to get under 130. I still can't decide on Core or Flex. For right now, I am just watching it. Yesterday I did very good staying OP, but I don't know how many points that I ate.

Shelley: I am going to try this challenge along with you. I need help somewhere, so maybe this will do it. I want to lose 20 lbs by November 27. That is nearly 3 months away, so I if I get OP and stay OP, I can do this...
Did you ever figure out what exactly the core plan of WW is?

Carol-You CAN do it! Check your email. I sent you Core info. I have decided that I can't do it. I need the regular point plan. I have to be able to eat carbs without worrying about using up all my points for the week on them.
Sept 2
I was OP all day. No counting points, but also no candy and did very well!

Today I have done pretty good. I've eaten a bit more than the last 2 days because I've been home all day, but everything is OP. I also ran 9 miles today.
Debbie-Good on you for joining this challenge!! We will all do great!!
Carol-Keep up the good work!

Day 4
I ate more than I should. No running (due to weather), so no points earned. I ate a ton of grapes throughout the day, then for dinner had 2 wraps (1 was just plain with nothing on it, the other had spaghetti sauce with ff cheese on it toasted.) My points were probably over 30 for the day.

Day 3... I never should have baked those cookies!! I got on a baking spree yesterday, I have no idea why.. Baked some chocolae chips cookies and some oatmeal cookies, plus some blueberry muffins. I did good most of the day staying out of them, then last night I couldn't resist any longer. I ate a few of them and some other things I shouldn't have. Hopefully it won't destroy an weight loss efforts I have started.
But I am back on track today!!! Day 4 and counting down...

Did real good on Labor Day. Ran 5 miles, then mopped floors and laid in bed the rest of the day! Stayed OP. I am very bloated this morning though.

Tuesday
OP all day. Did very well.
B-Coffee
L-Salad, banana
D-Salad,cottage cheese, oatmeal, soy nuts (too many!)
S-Fudgscicles, FF cool whip mixed with dry oatmeal.
I also ran 4 miles, so I used those points to have the soy nuts and fudgsicles.
