Homemade potato, gr bean, tomato, beef hotdish (6/8)
Raw carrots (0/0)

Leftover hotdish (6/14)
1/2 cup skim milk (1/15)
Steamed veggies (0/15)

Snack:
Baker's breakfast cookie (3/18)
Sherbert (5/23)

Water:
80 oz so far

Exercise:
Treadmill for 30 minutes

Point Range: 18-25

Katie ~ I gained a pound, don't know why, I was OP (pretty much always am) and worked out almost every day. Maybe not enough food? I usually only eat 18-20 pts a day. Any advice?

Tonya - maybe you should vary your points somewhat everyday. When you're exercising a lot, you body may need the extra calories. Otherwise it may "conserve" the calories you take it & go into a "starvation" mode. Maybe you are not losing weight, but you are becoming more "compact" because of the muscle tissue you're building. Taking your measurements can help you see if you are becoming smaller.
