Good morning.
B - cereal and skim milk
S - FF plain yogurt + nectarine
L - 1 slice FF cheese, soup, hard boiled egg
S - celery (2 servings)
D - chinese chicken stirfry
S - banana ice cream
I will have to say that yesterday I did add a brownie to my ice cream, so I used 5 flex points. It was so good though.

Breakfast:
1 cup Skim Milk
Egg cooked in a teeny bit of olive oil
1 slice FF cheese
2 slices of canadian bacon
Lunch:
Tuna salad made with dill pickle relish* and FF Miracle Whip
Carrot sticks
Peaches
Milk
Snack:
10 olives
Dinner:
Tilapia Fish Fillet
Green salad with FF Thousand Island
Milk
And lots and lots and lots of water!
*As for the pickle relish, I couldn't find any references to it, but I see that unsweetened pickles are on the core list. The relish has no calories, carbs, fat, etc. so I'm assuming it's okay.
