Not sure what my goal was but I wound up for the last three weeks doing the elipse machine 40 minutes on Mondays and Tuesdays and walking/joggin 4.5 miles 3-4 times a week. I would like to continue this when I get back from vacation and add weight training.

cac

I have continued the running 3-4 days a week and have added the weight training. I had a personal goal of running 7 miles without stopping and I accomplished this!

Yes, Shequila. Yoga counts as yoga.

I'm such a wuss. I do commit to getting back to walking down for the paper every morning. My knee is slowly recovering and I should be able to manage that! By the end of August, I hope to be doing longer walks.
