hello, i just wanted to say hello and welcome you here to 3fc. Do you also measure yourself or just weigh your self on a scale, sometimes you lose more inches than actual pounds, but by going to the gym your body is getting toner, also i have heard a lot of people talking about hitting a plateau or many during weight loss, some ideas i have heard and tried are to zig zag your calories so your metabolism will keep at a good pace....for example i try to stay around 1200-1400 cals. a day but you can zig zag by doing 1200 one day and then 1400 the next day and so on, also , i got an idea from another person on this board is to give yourself one or two free meals a week...nothing to crazy...
and by eating a little more calories you actaully will speed up your metabolism, and it does work but if you are eating to low amount of calories it will backfire and your metabolism will slow down. if thats not your problem maybe consult a physician and have your thyroid checked etc....... dont give up! good luck on your goals...
