Default Say Cheese!

I'm so witty, hehe.

Anyway, on phase one is it Ricotta thats allowed or cottage cheese or both? I bought both, just incase. Someone will eat it, regardless. Just wondering,

Both are allowed as part of your dairy allowance - see the FAQ revised list. Be sure to get the light versions of both. Ricotta is somewhat higher in calories so limit it to about a ½ cup serving.
