Had a so-so weekend, not OP but not really off either. Spent the weekend at a friends and so my choices were limited and I did the best I could. Had sloppy joes without the bun. Did cave to a bun for my burger the next day and it was d*mn good.
Another friend was at the BBQ on Saturday and has lost weight on SBD. She looked FAB. She had so much more willpower than I did, she brought her own SBD dinner and dessert!! I think she felt a little silly when people were asking her questions but I was a bit envious, wishing I had done the same.
Not stepping on the scale until the end of the week. Why do that to myself? DD's CT-scan for the kidney issue is tomorrow, got scheduled quickly. I am scared ladies and that usually means I eat, but so far I have stayed OP. Packing myself something OP to eat while she is sedated and having the exam tomorrow to fight off cravings and the urge to emotionally eat.
If you pray, please keep my little girl in your thoughts tomorrow. If I can't get online tomorrow night, chat with you all on Wednesday.
