Default Watermelon smoothie

2 cups watermelon, seeded, diced
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup peach juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 tall glasses

Calories: 130; Total fat: 1g; Fiber 2g
