Default Hello every body my name is Melissa
Hello,

Just thought I would introduce myself, I just joined your awsome sight here and am hoping to make some friends and get some support in this never ending struggle to become smaller.

I am 31 and live in a small town in Oklahoma, marriedfor 2 years and wanting to start a family.

I am following The G.I. Diet as I am a non insulin dependant diabetic and it seems the easiest for me to follow without having too much carbs.

Anyway just wanted to say HI
