Hey, Gretchengirl, no actually I'm not doing the low carb thang....I do the
low glycemic carb thang so maybe that's where you got that impression. I'm more concerned with the glycemic index than net carbs, although I do aim for an overall ratio split of 40% protein / 35% carb / 25% fat.
I'm not familiar with that supplement. Why don't you post a sample day of eating, and I can pick it apart and criticize and point fingers...... Oh wait! That's not what I meant to say.
What I meant to say, was that I would be happy to give any feedback or suggestions if you're interested in having another pair of eyes to look at it. It may be that you don't need to go to a low carb thing if you look at the types of carbs your eating and at what intervals, etc.
Let me know if you'd like that....or you can just let us know how that supplement works out for you! I don't think you need it though.....you should be able to modify/tweak your diet without it. Whatever you do, my friend, I'm sure you'll do great!
