I'm Back~
My husband loaded Windows XP onto this computer and I had a heck of a time getting back on 3FC! Life has been chaotic lately and I'm doing my best to cope without food. I did discover something very interesting. In the past I never considered myself an "emotional eater". Not me! Well, the other day I was feeling particularly stressed and I had this overwhelming feeling of how wonderful it would be to grab the tube of cookie dough in the fridge and head upstairs to my bed and zone out with that and the TV. I could practically feel my eyes glaze over. Truth be told I've been sedating myself with food for a long, long time--I just never acknowledged the fact. Today I'm going to sit down with my journal and figure out a strategy to deal with that. ANYWHO--nice to be back among you all! Now--time to catch up on these posts!
