Smile I'm Back.............
G'day!

Well, after leaving the plan for a while, I have decided it is time to get back on track. I managed to dump 20 lbs during the time I was on SB, but think (scale avoidance issues) I have probably put back on at least 5 lbs. So back to phase I, and checking in here from time to time!

From lurking around for a couple of days, I recognize a number of familiar names and many new ones.

Thanks everyone.

First day back at work today after a two week vacation! ARgh!!!!!
Finally got out of there at 8:15PM

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Boy, is it hard to get back on the wagon after falling off for soooo long!

Today was once again a very busy/aggravating day. Lived through it however! DH is being moody tonight since I didn't get home before 8:15 to get dinner ready. Another ARGH!!!!!

Not letting it get to me though. From past experience, if I don't "dance" with him (i.e. fight/respond to his jibes) it will work itself out!

Anyway, back to the grind tomorrow.
