Question What's for Dinner?

I've always loved these threads in the past, and got great meal ideas from them.. So I thought I would start another one...

Tonight for my dinner:

BBQ Chicken Shish Kabobs (chicken breast, zuchinni, mushroom, peppers)
Baked Potatoe w/ Molly McButter and No-fat Sour Cream
Watermelon for Dessert

So, whats on your plate for dinner?

Wow sounds like you are eating good tonight! I think I will try that one next weekend.

I haven't decided what we are having tonight, probably just leftovers in the microwave. Too hot to cook anything.

I am having a bowl of Kashi Heart to heart, and a green apple w/some peanut butter on it.

Edited to say it was about 2 Tablespoons of lowfat natural peanut butter, and added to this was 1/2 cup of "Nutty Nuggets" (ghetto grapenuts), and 1 serving baby carrots.

I had a meatball sandwich. Not the greatest, but we bought sandwiches for the roofers today, and I had an awesome workout.

Celina, I LOVE zuchini!

For me, grilled chicken with a big mound of mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions with balsamic vinaigrette and fresh basil. YUM!

I had a chicken fajita/burrito

My own recipe.. 1 chicken breast, diced onions, 2 tbsp of taco seasoning mix, some fat free cheddar cheese in a 98% whole wheat tortilla. It was great! all for about 255 claories and 2 grams of fat!

Kashi is a brand that markets some REALLY YUMMY cereal! (High in protein, high in fiber, low in fat!)
They also market shakes and bars... maybe some other things. Anyway, it's yummy! (GoLean Crunch! is my favorite!)

Tonight.... I had

2 "pita pizzas" made of Whole-wheat pitas, pizza sauce, ff mozzarella cheese, a few ham slices.
1/2 cup of blueberries and a cut up nectarine "salad"

Tonight I am having brown rice, steamed broccoli, and a meatless chicken patty (gardenburger makes them). For dessert there are red grapes & strawberries.
