Doing my best to stay OP, not doing well. But I will be happy to maintain. Already decided I am returning to Phase 1 after vacation. DH says he will do it with me.
And also realized something important, I am not eating breakfast properly. And it is making a difference.
So I am thinking about everyone on the beach and lurking while at work today, but headed from one vacation to another. Be back next week and ready to do Phase 1 again. Will anyone be joining me?
Good for you, Jen! Glad to see that you're still around! Going back to Phase 1 sounds like a good idea--so many people have said that they see their vacation weight melt off quickly during a quick Phase 1 detox. I hope that means that the fat cells don't have a chance to get used to being full again!
