I am new to the boards. This is Day 3 for me. It seems to be getting easier (hopefully I'm not imagining this). I tried it last year, I did okay, but wasn't really serious. Anyhow, I like this site, very clean looking. It amounts to planning with me. If I know what I'm going to eat when I get home from work or on the weekend, the battle is almost won. At work, they always have parties with all kinds of goodies. I'm going to have to be strong & just eat what is South Beach friendly or bring my own food. Nice to meet you all.

Yes, alot of planning going on. It seems that I am always either shopping for food, or preparing food, or cleaning up after eating food, lol.
