I've found some great fat free products and just thought I'd share with you all...
Skim supreme milk - I'm told that the manufacturers take skim milk and add fat free powdered milk into it. No fat and it's thick and white - much better than "blue milk"
I Can't Believe It's not Butter spray - very buttery taste with no calories and no fat
and my new favorite....
Smart Beat's Smart Squeeze - fat free buttery spread. I haven't tried cooking with it yet, but it's great on bread and potatoes.
