Default Fantastic article -- great perspective.

I got one of those emails from E-Diets (somehow I'm on their mailing list, and I'm too lazy to unsubscribe myself. Heh.)

But this one had a fantastic article. It's title is getting amazing abs, but it's actually all about what you have to do to lose fat. It's sensible, it's smart, and it explains weight loss in a way that even the SBD book doesn't necessarily do as well.

The thing about it is, it's advocating SBD Ph2 -- but it's not CALLED a diet or a plan or anything else. It just makes you realize that SBD is such good sense.

Take a peek if you wish (I won't post the entire article here -- it's long.) The link is: http://207.68.162.250/cgi-bin/linkrd...7051%3a1553605

Enjoy -- it's really worth reading.

Is anyone else getting this message when they click on the link?

"Your email message has been idle and this link has become inactive. To access the link, close this window and return to your Message. Then click the browser's Refresh button or close your message and reopen it."

I am interested in seeing what it has to say, but the linky-link ain't workin' for me. I even followed the instructions and everything...

I am too but I was able to successfully read it this morning just after the link was posted. Maybe it will work again later.
