tried atkins for 5 months ....
lost about 10 lbs, but just didn't feel right about it. was never truly happy w/ that way of eating. i prefer to exercise religiously, watch what i eat, and handle everything in moderation.
i hope to transition to a "carb aware," lower fat diet.
