Default Pilates and Kickboxing Classes
Can anyone recommend a good Pilates class? I am a Bally's member and I do not know if the instructors are certified to teach Pilates, so wherever I go, I would like to know that they know what they are doing.

Here's a link to the Pilates Guild. You can search for certified instructors in your area.

Guild certified instructors are the only ones certified in the actual method developed by Joseph Pilates.
