I didn't see one for this week so I figured I'd start it.
Nothing to brag about. I'm the same as last week but it goes to show me what happens when I don't journal like I should (I kept a mental note of what I ate but didn't take the time to actually write it down.) I'm going to be doing much better at it this week though. I'll check my inches next Monday. My clothes are still fitting me looser so that's a good sign.
Dawnyal, You maintained, that is good. So much better than a gain. I have to keep a food journal also. I did not do it hardly at all last week, so I think I am probably going to be in the same boat with you.
I weighed today. 3 lbs gone!!!! I am on cloud nine!
I had fast food 3 times last week in moderation. I thought for sure that I was not going to see a loss this week. I guess I balanced it all well with moderation and exercise. I'm really proud of myself having the self control when having fast food. I used to have no self control.

I lost 2#s this week....which means that I got my 75# magnet at WW (I'm such a GEEK!). I am relieved to have finally broken the 75 pound barrier and to have escaped the 180s! Phew!
Hi all... this is my first time posting on this thread ( Im pretty sure), and Im always inspired by your posts, so I thought I would post tot. Ive finally pushed my way to the 25# mark. Its 1/3 of my goal, and 10 % of my weight, so Im VERY happy! Keep up the good work everyone!!

Me, I am happy to report I am down 1.5 lbs this week......which included a very nice meal cooked by my (very) new boyfriend, and dinner at my parents.....its good to know I can live a little and still lose weight!
I am just so excited I have to post. I am finally under 270. I have hovered around this number for months despite lots of hard work and careful eating. So I am thrilled. I am down five pounds in two weeks. I hope getting through the 260's won't be as hard as the 270's were! The other fun thing is that I now have less than 100 pounds to lose and I haven't been able to say that for years!
