What are they? ice cream bars, candy bars? Most of these are a no no because SB is not low carb and most low carb products are high in saturated fat and have sugar alcohols which SB doesn't permit. A lot of them also have trans fats which are the worst possible thing for you. It's disguised as partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated and some kind of oil. SB wants you to stick to whole all natural foods. Not foods with a bunch of chemicals in them.
