Fitday is not a menu plan it is a food journal, unless there is some link within the site that i have missed.
I have been looking for a free menu plan too.
Let me know it you find one.

You can also try www.leancuisine.com Some of their meals include their products but most of the day is just normal food.

am lookin for meal sites also, but it dont got to be free. let me know any meal site a college student like me with no knownledge can cook up. if their any type of subscribtions its all good, jus make sure its worth to pay for the content, thanks.
