Default Recommended Cookbooks?

Can anybody recommend any good low glycemic or low carb cookbooks?

P.S. I heard a SBD Cookbook was coming out. Is this true?

I just use my own cookbooks and adapt recipes. Yes, an SBD cookbook is coming out. I think in mid-April. Better check Chapters or Amazon.

I personally like the 'Good Carb Cookbook: Secrets of Eating Low on the Glycemic Index' by Sandra Woodfruff. It has great recipes, and most of them are SBD friendly without any modifications. I highly recommend it.

Thanks
I will check that one out. I checked Amazon for the SBD Cookbook and it said it will be released April 13.

I've already pre-ordered my copy of SBD cookbook on Amazon! Can't wait for it to show up on my doorstep!

I have also pre-ordered a copy of the cookbook. I checked Amazon and Half.com and the latter has a slightly lower price when shipping & handling is added. Can't wait!
