Default Mothers and Others Mother's Day Challenge

Someone suggested a Mother's Day Challenge so I thought I'd run with it.

I'm going for a non-scale goal this time. My goal is to be in a regular size 12 (rather than just a relaxed fit sz. 12) by Mother's Day.

What's your goal?

well...that is only 4 weeks away? Do you think that is enough time for a challenege? I think it will work! O.K....let me ponder on how I want to challenege myself!

My goal is to have my "too tight" pants fit well by Mother's Day.

(I have a lovely doctor's scale in the kitchen but tend to become obsessive about weighing myself so I've covered it up with piles of stuff. I don't actually know what I weight right now. I have to learn to weigh myself without the obsessiveness eventually I guess.)

I would like to lose 3 inches this next challenge. I also challenge myself to be able to get into the size 18 pants that I bought last week. They are a tighter fit than other 18s, so it may be a challenge! Oh, I guess I better check my inches tonight so I know what to base it on! Would love to be at 205 by Mothers Day, but that may be pushing it

I think my challenge is going to be just to be on plan... hmm... that's sad.

Well, closing in on 210 wouldn't be bad either! (I've never made it into the 2-teens since like... probably middle school when I actually WAS that heavy. That'll be nice.)

My challenge to myself will be to meet my mini goal of 225 pounds. This should be attainable and maybe even a few more pounds off would be nice. You all take care and have a great day.

Thought I'd bring this back to the top since it's only a week away.

I had an incredibly bad April as far as weight goes, and, heck, just in general! I haven't been on a scale in weeks, and I don't think I'm going to make my goal. But, I'm back on track and that certainly feels great!

How is everyone else doing? I think I read that someone already made their Mother's Day goal?? Who was that?

Looks like I won't even be close but when I reset my Memorial Day goal, I didn't adjust this one but that's okay. At least I'm still OP and not gaining.

Well, I met my Mother's Day challenge as of last week. I hope I don't blow it when I weigh this week. We shall see. We still have a few days to go, so everyone keep up the good work.

Woohoo!! I did not blow it! I weighed today and I am down 3 more pounds. I am so happy that I met my goal and then some.

Congradulations Tammy32. You wont have to worry about gaining more pounds before mothers day, in fact I bet you will even loose more. You have been doing a great job. Happy mothers day everyone.... well almost mothers day
