Question Need recipe Mashed Cauliflower

Does anyone have a good recipe for mashed cauliflower that resembles mashed potatoes? I know most of the recipes for this are low carbs but are they low fat too?
Thank you so much!

I would just steam the cauliflower (don't over cook it) and then use a hand masher and mash them before you add anything. once they are mashed, add a little margerine and mash it or stir it through. you can also use light sour cream in place of the margerine,
but your not putting gravy on this are you?
