Default HELP!!! Question of the Hour!

Ok- here's the question of the hour. I have lost nearly 20 lbs but my boobs are not changing. Are there any specific exercises or techniques that anyone knows of that will help target this area? I have lost 4 inches around my chest but my cup size has not changed a bit. I am still a DDD... try finding a 36 DDD bra under $40! HELP!

Everybody loses at different rates and places ... there was a thread that this was discussed in a few weeks ago ... I think it was the one about clothing sizes. Try looking for that one.

Also ... chances are YOU are losing ... especially if you lost 4 inches ... but it will take time to reduce a whole cup size. Remember the weight you lost comes from all over your body. People who have breast reductions, don't lose TONS of weight ... and it all comes from the same place!!!

I just feel really funny about them (boobs). My belly flab has really gone down. I have been doing like 300 crunches a night but my boobs just seem to always be in the way. I have had these for years even before I gained all the weight. They literally weigh 12 lbs each. I had them weighed at the Dr. office (I was contemplating reduction surgery but decided against it.)I really wish there was an exercise to target this area. "Boobs of steel" or something.. You know?

Steph-

I read that thread... I feel much better knowing that others "feel my pain". I still wish I knew of an exercise to target them...

Some people find good results in at least toning and shaping with the fly machine at the gym it targets the muscles in the chest so they are tighter and leaner. I wished i could do them myslef not to lose inches but to give them shape and support.

as a veteran of the DDD war... yeah.. it's a pain. and there's NO exercise that will help the cup size. breasts have no muscle. just fat, skin, glandular ducts. they're a modified sweat gland [just what we all needed to know!!!!!]

depending on a number of factors, like how long you've been heavy, skin elasticity, etc. your cup size will decrease a bit, but it'll take more than 20 pounds, unfortunately.

keep the breast reduction as an option after you've lost your weight. it may really be the only answer.

Ugh... not what I wanted to hear. I have had the breast problem since 6th grade! My skin has good elasticity I have some hope of seeing a D cup again. It is just so hard to find 36 DDD and at a reasonable price.
