OMG.

I'm leaving for NYC on Friday morning w/ the orchestra and choirs, and it's supposed to be this wonderful trip blah blah blah.... I'm SO EXCITED.

Yesterday I had a litle cough. Today I have a sore throat, which only means one thing--- Friday, Saturday, Sunday? (Half of my trip) Expect a FULL BLOWN ALL OUT COMPLETELY PAINFUL cold.

I am so upset.

I started coming down with a cold yesterday and I'm leaving for a 3 week trip to New Zealand this week. 17 hours on a plane feeling crummy and infecting everyone around me? Miserable. Not to mention that I can't go scuba diving with a cold, I need to get better NOW!

Try Zicam and lots of chicken soup. Hope you guys feel better soon!

1) Echinacea! I take something call Body Well which has echinacea and some other things in it that help fight colds. I swear by it.

2) Vitamin C. I drink a bunch of OJ.

3) REST REST REST. At least 8 hours of sleep.

I've heard Zicam is worth the $$$ True?

I swear by it, and so does my DH and DS. It's well worth the $$.
