tuna on cucumber slices - 3

2 tbsp heavy cream - 1
water
sf syrup
Exercise: 30 minute walk
Water: 80 oz
Total carbs: 18

hi, I havent started atkins yet. tonite I will go shopping and tomorrow i'll log in my foods. I have a friend who is doing sbd and she has lost 20 lbs already in 6 weeks! your menus look so yummy. I heard coffee has carbs, I didnt know that. how many? any tips you guys would have I would greatly accept.

If anyone notices anything high on my menus could you let me know. I'm trying to do strict induction so I'm figuring I've been ok w/my portions of veggies so far. Thanks
