I'm going to post my August daily weigh-ins here this month. Last month, I posted them in a thread that expected you to check-in every day which I'm not comfortable with. I like to make one post and edit it every day.

July was a very hard month for me. I stalled in the middle of the month and bounced around a lot towards the end of the month. I still somehow managed to reach my goal of 6 lbs lost. For August, I'm going to make a big goal of 8 lbs lost - 2 lbs per week - but I'll just be happy if I can get into Onederland.

GW: 195.8 lbs (-8)

August

1. 203.8 lbs (-1.0)
2. 203.2 lbs (-0.6)
3. 203.6 lbs (+0.4) (TOM) - TOM has finally made a painful appearance 2 days late. I feel bloated and very emotional. Cried at least 3 times already today and it is only noon.
4. 202.4 lbs (-1.2)(TOM) -
5. 203.2 lbs (+0.8)(TOM) - This was an expected gain. I went to Mankato Ribfest last night and had not only ribs but also a deep fried Snickers bar and a lemon ice. I went over calories but not by a lot (depending on how many calories the ribs were - never figured that out). Should lose this gain fairly quickly.
6. 203.0 lbs (-0.2)

Total Weekly Weight Loss: -2.2 lbs
Total August Weight Loss: -1.2 lbs

7. 202.6 lbs (-0.4)
8. 202.2 lbs (-0.4)
9. 202.2 lbs (0)
10. 202.2 lbs (0) - I was actually expecting a gain so I'm happy about this. I had Arby's for supper - chicken fingers and curly fries. Stayed under my calorie limit but figured the salt would cause a little gain.

12. 201.8 lbs (+0.2)
13. 201.0 lbs (-0.8)

Total Weekly Weight Loss: -1.6 lbs
Total August Weight Loss: -2.8 lbs

15. 201.0 lbs (0) - I think this might be the start of my monthly stall. For the past 2 months, I stalled out at the same weight for at least 8 days in the middle of my cycle. It usually starts around the day I ovulate, which happens to be today. We'll see if I can get below 201 in the next few days. If not, I'm not going to worry about it since I know why I'm not losing.
16. 201.6 lbs (+0.6)
17. 202.0 lbs (+0.4) - I hate this time of month. I'm sticking to plan and exercising. I've been drinking a lot of water and not peeing it out so I'm sure this is water weight. Can't wait to get over this stall/gain - it's making me feel so fat and ugly.
18. DNW - Took both the 17th & 18th off from calorie counting. Ate at Baker's Square for supper last night and I'm sure I went over my calories. Today, I went to the county fair and had a ton of fried fair food, then had pizza for supper and way too many cookies for dessert. I'm going to take the weekend to recover and lose the water weight. Thus, I am not going to weigh-in until Monday.

21. 203.0 lbs (+1.0) - Not too bad. Hopefully I can lose this gain quickly. Would love to get to 199 by the end of the week.
22. 201.0 lbs (-2.0) - Lost last week's gain quicker than I thought I would. 199 here I come!!
23. 200.8 lbs (-0.2)
24. 200.0 lbs (-0.8) - OMG, I'm so close to Onderland!
25. 200.0 lbs (0)
26. 200.4 lbs (+0.4) - It's going the wrong way. Probably because I had pizza for supper last night - darn salt.
27. 200.8 lbs (+0.4)(TOM) - I got my dates wrong and thought TOM was supposed to start next week. I'm a little bloated and I got pretty much no sleep last night.

Total Weekly Weight Loss: -2.4 lbs
Total August Weight Loss: -3.2 lbs

28. 200.6 lbs (-0.2)(TOM) - Not much of a loss but I'm extremely happy about this. I'm still very bloated plus I had KFC for supper last night and we all know how salty their chicken is. The loss is actually a pleasant surprise.
29. 199.8 lbs (-0.8)(TOM) - Whoop, there it is!! Onderland! I have to wait until next Monday before it's official but it's nice to finally see it on the scale.
30. 200.0 lbs (+0.2)
31. 198.8 lbs (-1.2) - Whoosh!!

August 1: 203.8 lbs
September 1: 198.4 lbs

Total August Weight Loss: -5.4 lbs - Didn't quite make it to goal but I'm very happy about this loss.
