I'm in. I figured out that the weight only drops off when I exercise lots and drink lots of water.

March 1 - 75 minute walk, 25 minute swim, 1 hr aqua aerobics class
March 2 - 60 minute walk, 35 minute swim
March 3 - 60 minute walk, 1 hr aqua aerobics class
March 4 - 75 minute walk
March 5 - 40 minute swim
March 6 - 30 minute walk
March 7 - 40 minute walk, 30 mins aqua aerobics, 40 minute swim, 50 minute walk
March 8 - 30 minute swim, 1 hr aqua aerobics class
March 9 - 30 minute swim
March 10 - 1 hr aqua aerobics class
March 11 - 60 minute walk
March 12 - 60 minute walk
March 13 - 30 minute walk
March 14 - 2.5 hour walk
March 15 - 1 hour aqua aerobics class
March 16 - 1 hour walk
March 17 - 1 hour walk, 1 hour aqua aerobics clas
March 18 - 80 minute walk
March 19 - 30 minute walk
March 20 - nothing
March 21 - 1 hour aqua aerobics, 40 minute swim
March 22 - 1 hour walk, 1 hour aqua aerobics
March 23 - 1 hour walk, 40 minute swim
March 24 - 1 hour aqua aerobics class
March 25 - 1.5 hour walk
March 26 - nothing
March 27 - 40 minute bush walk
March 28 - 30 minute kayaking
March 29 - 45 minute walk, 50 minute swim
March 30 - 50 minute swim, 45 minute walk
March 31 - 50 minute swim, 1 hr aqua aerobics class
