Hey guys! I am gonna try to keep up the same exercise enthusiasm I had last month. Gavinsmom is a good inspiration.
Mar 1: nada
Mar 2: 60 min of walking
Mar 3: 30 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 4: 30 min cardio & 30 min buns and thighs
Mar 5: 30 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 6: 30 min cardio
Mar 7: 30 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 8: nada
Mar 9: 25 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 10: Nada AGAIN (TOM laziness)
Mar 11: 45 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 12: Nada (I had better not make a habit of this!)
Mar 13: Nada
Mar 14: Nada (OK tomorrow I am breaking this habit)
Mar 15: 25 min cardio & 40 min weights (I have alot to make up for to reach my goal)
Mar 16: Nada again! I really need to rev up this exercise engine!
Mar 17: 60 min cardio & 40 min weights (vroom vroom)
Mar 18: 30 min cardio
Mar 19: None (stall)
Mar 20: Nada (battery's dead)
Mar 21: Zip (no jumper cables)
Mar 22: 100 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 23: 45 min yoga & pilates
Mar 24: 50 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 25: 45 min cardio
Mar 26: 30 min cardio
Mar 27: 30 min cardio
Mar 28: 110 min cardio & 40 min weights
Mar 29: Nada
Mar 30: 40 min cardio
MAr 31: Nada
