I have a problem with exercising very inconsistently. I hope this helps me work out more regularly.

Monday, March 1st: 60 minutes NYC Ballet workout
Tues, 3/2: 45 minutes walking
Wed, 3/3: 45 minutes walking
Thurs, 3/4: 40 minutes Pilates, 20 minutes light weights
Fri, 3/5: Nothing
Sat, 3/6: 3 hours powershopping
Sun, 3/7: 15 minutes slow jog
Mon, 3/8: 45 minutes walking, 20 minutes dancing
Tues, 3/9: 45 minutes walking, 15 minutes abs
Wed, 3/10: Nothing
Thurs, 3/11: 30 minutes walking, 20 minutes strength training
Fri, 3/12: 20 minutes walking, 40 minutes Pilates
Sat, 3/13: Nothing
Sun, 3/14: Nothing
Mon, 3/15: 30 minutes walking
Tues, 3/16: 60 minutes NYC ballet
Wed, 3/17: 60 minutes walking
Thurs, 3/18: Nothing
Fri, 3/19: 90 minutes walking
Sat, 3/20: 180 minutes walking
Sun, 3/21: 30 minutes walking
Mon, 3/22: 30 minutes walking
Tues, 3/23: 60 minutes NYC ballet
Wed, 3/24: 120 minutes walking

Running March total: 1300 minutes
