Last April I stopped gym-going and last weighed in at 147 lbs but made it to 140lbs in late June without any tracking. Given that, I'd like to get back into "training mode" and be 140lbs by February and 135 lbs by June.

Goals:
Pushup performance goal and get back in the habit of tracking.
Gym for cardio 2x week
