Question Almost 2 months in

And for the first time, I have not budged in weight or measurements and I have been GOOD!!! ??? Feeling a bit discouraged, but will still go on... for the most part enjoying this process... what have you done if and when you stall? (Started at 232 lbs, now 211 lbs... almost 20 inches gone.

How long of a stall are we talking?

Usually I would say don't change anything for 2-3 weeks, and then tweak something a little bit. Mini plateaus are not uncommon.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! I think we talked about this on a thread here - but body shocks! Meaning, vary your calories during the week. If you have 2 low cal days, than have a higher calorie day on the third. If you have exercised M-F than take the weekend off and get back to it Monday. Variation helps to shift the weight.

Ditto what they said! First, don't panic. Second, keep shaking things up a bit. Change your calorie intake or your exercise routine. And remember the other things eating right is doing for you other than just moving the scale.

WOW!! your doing great. Your body needs a break throughout weight loss. Don't worry over the stall. Your doing great. I agree with the others try shaking it up some with your exercise. If someone is doing weight training they might have to change to toning for awhile. As well as Vise verses.

You're down 21 pounds in almost 2 months. That is absolutely AWESOME. Keep doing what you're doing. Are you approaching TOM? I always gain then, not just stall.
