Workout Suggestions
Hello all!
I'm new around here and was just wondering if anyone had any workout suggestions and tips. I'm trying to get back into recreational sports because I find it to be a "funner" way lol to get my cardio in rather than always pounding the pavement (so to speak) on a treadmill! I've mostly just been walking and sprinting a bit, but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions to help with playing sports like ball hockey, soccer, baseball! Thanks!
