Goals: More muscular workouts (especially at home), weigh-in at gym 4x week in the morning, improve back pain
Rewards: New gym shorts (long enough for biking, short enough for running); "Gloves" for using pull-up bars; 1 new pair of pants!

Observations:

* Backpain has stopped
* This month I saw how I have over the years improved, but that I still need to work on, my coping mechanisms.
* Didn't try hard in the "muscular" area - I need to inform myself more, be more disciplined, and be daring enough to try it in public in the gym My gym membership lasts until the end of May. Time to take advantage of all of it!
* I weighed-in less frequently than last month. Hard to judge my losses and cycles
