Question A question about curves?

I just joined curves and I am going for my first workout today.Question to people who have been there. Will 30 minutes a day,3 days a week at curves be enough exercise for me to lose weight(along with cutting back on meals of course).I welcome all responses. thanks.

That is what they recommed at least 3x's a week and on your off days walk, run do some cardio. I have been going 4-5xs a week for 40 mins and lift also. It is soooo cold here and cannot venture outside when spring comes I will go 3x's and run on my off days!!! Good luck it is alot of fun

That is what I was told and I have noticed it myself in the two weeks since I started. I've been watching what I eat and just trying to keep it under 2000 calories and 65 grams of fat as well as Curves 3X a week and I've lost about 4 pounds since starting.

I've been going to Curves for almost 5 weeks now and am convinced that it is a MIRACLE! My body has changed so much in the past weeks, its incredible. I've been doing modified low carb (much more than Atkins, but still only one third of the RDA) and my calories usually fall under 2000. You're very close to my starting weight - I think if you keep with it you will definitely be succesful.

P.S. - In those 5 weeks - I have only managed to go to Curves the full three times one week - the other weeks I only went two, so if you can do the full three - even better! I'm shooting for 4 times, and am still working on my schedule.

I have my first weigh-in and measurement tomorrow! I'm SO excited!
