New Year's Day - Jan. 1st Challenge: everyone welcome :-)
Howdy everyone,
I have failed yet again at sticking with it. I can't honestly count how many times I have fallen off the wagon. There were times when I have totally lost the wagon out of sight….sort of speak.
I think that I failed not that I am a failure since I am not giving up and am worthy and deserve to achieve better health.
I am starting a new thread between now or Thanksgiving and January 1st.
May we all have reason to celebrate the New Year with better health and with goals achieved. I think it would be uplifting to come back here on the 1st and share good news and celebrate one another's successes: small, big or in between. It would start the year on the right path!
Please join in now or on/after Thanksgiving!
I would love some company, some weekly "checking in"!
I know and appreciate how very kind, supportive and helpful you all are!

I have never been good at challenges in the past, but I recently participated in a few and am happy to say that I am starting to show a downward trend, for the first time in a very long time. It is slow, but I'll take slow!

I can see that I'm not going to make goal, but I've decided I will be very happy if I maintain and start 2016 below 200. I still have 2 weeks before Jan 1. Wouldn't it be great to see a drop over the holidays????
