Default Leeds Guy

Hi.
I have been posting in the general forum. One of the administrators has pointed me in the direction of this forum .

I am on day 9 of a Lipotrim Diet ...

Day 9 and 21lbs have gone. A huge amount but this is no normal diet... Its tough , really tough but I am determined to lose 3 stone before Christmas.

Today is a mile stone. Half way . 1 and a half stone gone. 1 and a half stone to go . After the huge "first week" loss, I will should settle down to a steady 5 lbs per week.

I am hoping another 4 to 5 weeks will take care of that.

I am posting daily to keep myself motivated .

Days 10, 11 ad 12 with no loss. Totally gutting , especially as I gave up a family do last night. However, this can happen on this diet so I have to stay positive. Hoping for a loss tomorrow. Still struggling to get the water on board.

Finally, after 4 days of no loss, another 4lb has gone on day 15 . Total loss after 15 days is 25lb. Was getting really frustrated .... Glad that there was a loss this morning or I might have smashed the scales up with a big hammer.

Still need to up the water intake , played football Sunday and Monday. Got a game tonight and tomorrow. Cycle spinning class on Thursday and circuit training on Friday. Hopefully drop below 14 stone by the weekend.

Day 24 and the weight loss has for some reason slowed down....

Day 24 and total loss is 33lb .......

It might be that I have stepped up my running on the treadmill. No need to panic though as I have read this can happen. Main thing is to crack on and just deal with it.

Day 30 and loss is now at 35lb , got really frustrated these last few days, but overall over a 1lb a day is not bad going ..

Day 33 and total loss is 36lbs, getting frustrated as I only have 6lb to go to hit my target of 3 stone before Xmas.

I just have to remind myself that its only been 1 month and a couple of days. Family and friends had a Chinese last night, oh my god the smell nearly killed me and I nearly gave in to temptation, went to the football before that and breezed through that without yearing for any food or drink but the chinese was very tempting. Going to the Motorbike show at the NEC today so that will occupy me. I hope by this time next week I have reached my goal of 3 stone and in under 40 days ...

Super Congrats, Mark, for reaching your "before Christmas" goal here at the beginning of December already.

I notice that the Lipotrim Diet is an extreme low calorie diet - low enough to drop 42 pounds in 36 days which is quite a bunch.

Now that you've reached your goal, does the Lipotrim Diet have a plan for the transition to maintenance?
